To ensure a seamless beach experience, our team will set up your rentals at your requested location by 10:00 AM each day of your reservation. Once the setup is complete, you will receive a confirmation text along with a photo of your beach equipment rentals so you can easily locate them when you arrive.
Our daily take-down service begins promptly at 7:00 PM. If you plan to leave the beach before that time, we kindly ask that you send us a quick text notification. This allows our team to retrieve and store your rental equipment early, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for future guests and is not left unattended.

Orders can be canceled up to five (5) days before delivery for a full refund. No refunds or rain checks after that.
